Peace. I've had a rough past year with learning how to deal with having a 14 year old, 12 year old, 3 year old, 18 month old and 6 month old. I'm not looking for peace and quiet (although that would be nice on occasion!) just the peace that my life is how it should be. The peace of knowing that in this home you will be loved, accepted, cherished and appreciated.

Great words. . . For me, hummm. What I want is to be kind, loving, caring--do the right thing, without thinking about it. So I'm not sure what that word would be. Maybe BE, maybe DOER, maybe LIVE (as in live in the moment.) I'll have to ponder this some more.

Two fantastic words! Patience has been a struggle my whole life, but patience with myself has become more and more of a problem the busier (read: more child-filled) my life gets.

I'm working on being more intentional this year, too, though I hadn't put that word to it. I'm working on "scheduling" my way to goals, including being careful about spending more time with my family and keeping the house running well. (First step: daily reminders in my phone about reading with the kids or chores, etc.)
